Terms of Use — Katana Rush

Last updated: November 5, 2026 · Version française

Katana Rush ("the game") is a mobile game published by Samy Bouguerra, trading as Web3Craft ("we"). By installing or playing the game, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the game.

1. The game and your right to use it

The game is free to download. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to play it for your private, non-commercial use, on devices permitted by the Apple App Store or Google Play.

The game and its content (images, music, text, characters, code) remain the property of us or our partners. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.

2. What is not allowed

  • copying, reselling or distributing the game or its content;
  • modifying or decompiling it, except where the law allows it;
  • cheating, for example with software that alters the game, its save data or its purchases;
  • bypassing the game's ads, purchases or protections.

3. Your progress

Your progress and items are stored only on your device: the game has no account and no Web3Craft server. If you uninstall the game or change devices without an iCloud or Google backup, your progress may be lost and we cannot recover it. Eligible purchases can be recovered with "Restore purchases" in the shop (see section 5).

4. In-game currencies and items

Currencies (such as ryō and jade) and items can only be used in the game. They have no real-money value and cannot be exchanged, resold or converted into money. The game has no loot boxes: every offer shows what it contains.

5. In-app purchases

The game offers optional purchases: jade packs, a starter pack, a season pass and the removal of ads between runs. Their content and price are shown before purchase. Payment, billing and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms; we never see your payment details.

  • Jade is used up when you spend it and is not restored after a loss of progress.
  • The season pass covers the current season: its duration is shown in the game.
  • If you are a minor, ask a parent or guardian before making a purchase.

Purchased content is delivered immediately. If you agreed to immediate delivery when purchasing, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply, within the limits set by law. For a refund, contact Apple or Google. If a purchase was not credited, use "Restore purchases" or write to us.

6. Ads

The game is partly funded by ads: optional videos to earn bonuses, and ads between some runs. Their availability is not guaranteed: sometimes no video may be available. The data processing related to ads is described in our privacy policy.

7. Updates and availability

We may update the game, add, change or remove features and events, or stop offering it. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We do not guarantee that the game will run without interruption or on every device.

8. Liability

The game is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use, or for services provided by third parties (Apple, Google, Unity). Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law guarantees you as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content, or our liability where it cannot be excluded.

9. Apple and Google

These terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google, who are not responsible for the game or its support. Your use of the game remains subject to the terms of the App Store or Google Play.

10. Ending your use

You can stop playing at any time by uninstalling the game. Your right to use the game ends if you do not comply with these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms if the game or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest change. If an important change affects you, we will let you know by suitable means, for example in the game.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of that country's mandatory rules. If you have a problem, please write to us first: we will look for an amicable solution. You may also go to the competent courts under applicable law.
